📦 Shipping Overview
Go Tech Deals ships orders Australia-wide using a mix of trusted courier partners.
We currently offer standard delivery only — express shipping is not available.
⏱ Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders require up to 48 hours (2 business days) to be processed before shipping.
Processing time is separate from delivery time.
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
🚚 Delivery Timeframes (AFTER Processing)
Once your order has been processed and shipped:
📍 Metro Areas (e.g., Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide):
1–3 business days
📍 Regional Areas:
2–7 business days
📍 Remote / Rural Areas:
5–10 business days
Delivery times can vary depending on courier workload, location, and seasonal demand.
🚛 Shipping Carriers
We work with a mix of Australian courier services, including:
Australia Post
CouriersPlease
Aramex / Fastway
Allied Express / Toll (for larger items)
Other reputable carriers as required
The courier is chosen automatically based on weight, size, and delivery location.
💲 Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
Your delivery address
Parcel size and weight
Applicable courier rates
All shipping costs are shown before payment.
We do not charge any hidden fees.
📍 Delivery Attempts & Authority to Leave
Some parcels may require a signature.
If no one is home:
A card may be left
Delivery may be reattempted
Your parcel may be taken to a collection point
If you choose Authority to Leave, responsibility transfers once the parcel is delivered.
🔄 Split Shipments & Backorders
Your items may be shipped from more than one warehouse.
If so, you may receive multiple deliveries at no extra cost.
If a product is on backorder, we will contact you with updated timeframes.
❌ Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
Re-delivery fees may apply
Processing and dispatch will resume once the order returns to our warehouse
Please ensure your address details are correct at checkout.
📦 Damaged, Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or shows “delivered” but cannot be found:
