Go Tech Deals ships orders Australia-wide using a mix of trusted courier partners.

If no one is home:

  • Delivery may be reattempted

  • Your parcel may be taken to a collection point

If you choose Authority to Leave, responsibility transfers once the parcel is delivered.

Your items may be shipped from more than one warehouse.
If so, you may receive multiple deliveries at no extra cost.

If a product is on backorder, we will contact you with updated timeframes.


❌ Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Re-delivery fees may apply

  • Processing and dispatch will resume once the order returns to our warehouse
