We follow all requirements under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and are committed to fair and transparent customer service.


📦 Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect choice, or if you simply no longer want the item.
Please choose carefully and contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions about a product.


⚠️ Australian Consumer Law — Your Rights

You are entitled to a replacement or refund when a product:

  • Is faulty

  • Has a major defect

  • Is not as described

  • Is unsafe

  • Does not perform as advertised

For minor issues, we may repair or replace the item where reasonable.


🛠 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not working as expected:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item

  2. Email proof (photos/video) of the issue

  3. Provide your order number and contact details

📬 Return Process

If a return is required:

  • We will provide a return authorisation

  • Return postage may be covered depending on the type of fault

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging where possible

No returns will be accepted without approval.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, some products cannot be returned unless faulty, including:

  • Software

  • Downloaded digital goods

  • Special-order items

  • Used or damaged items not due to manufacturing fault
